William Wallace


O herói escocês William Wallace tentou libertar a Escócia da ocupacão inglesa, mais não conseguiu devido as suas diferenças com a nobresa escocesa e a força dos ingleses. A independência da Escócia foi alcançada anos depois de sua morte por Robert I (the Bruce).

William, nasceu no ano de 1272 em Elerslie e morreu em 1305 em Londres, dedicou sua vida inteira a libertação da Escócia, que estava na mão dos ingleses, principalmente contra Eduardo I rei da Inglaterra, que tentava unir os reinos da Escócia e da Inglaterra.
